CH STANDING RIB ROAST WITH BONE - $18.99/lb.  Always a holiday favorite.  This roast is beautifully marbled to perfection, assuring it will always be tender, juicy and delicious.   We recommend ¾-1 pound per person.

CH BONELESS RIB ROAST - $19.99/lb.  Same as the Standing Rib Roast, but even easier to cook and carve, this is the prime rib served by many of the finer restaurants.  We recommend ¾ pound per person.

“PRIME” DRY AGED STANDING RIB ROAST - $22.99/lb.  “The best of the best” – Our signature roast from the top 2% of all beef.  Maximum marbling for maximum flavor.  We recommend ¾ - 1 lb. per person      

BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST – Choice: roasts $29.99/lb., center-cut $34.99/lb.
Prime: roasts $39.99/lb., center-cut $44.99/lb. Known as “Chateaubriand” in restaurants, this roast is the ultimate in tender beef.  Recommend ½ lb. p/p.

CROWN PORK RIB ROAST – $9.99/lb. Circle in sizes 12-14 pounds.       

FRENCH CUT PORK RIB ROAST - $7.99/lb.  Straight in sizes 2-7 pounds.         We recommend ¾ pound per person

GOURMET BONE-IN SMOKED HAM - $5.99/lb. (whole or half)                         

 GOURMET BONE-IN SPIRAL SLICED HAM - $6.99/lb. Approx. 7 lbs. each.  

GOURMET BONE-IN HAM STEAKS - $6.99/lb. Honey cured, then smoked with alder and apple wood, we believe these to be the most delicious, tender ham anywhere.  Whole hams weigh 12 –17 pounds.  Half hams weigh 3-8 pounds.  We recommend ½ to ¾ pound per person.

PHIL’S BONELESS HAM - $7.99/lb.   Honey cured, then smoked with apple wood, we believe this is the most delicious and tender, boneless ham anywhere. Whole hams weigh around 5-7 lbs.  We recommend ½ - ¾ lb. per person.

BONELESS LEG OF LAMB - $12.99/lb.  Whole 6-7 lb. or Half 2-3 lb.           BONE-IN LEG OF LAMB - $11.99/lb. 7-8 lb. Always an Easter favorite, tender and delicious either roasted in the oven or grilled on the barbecue.                    We recommend ½ to ¾ pound per person.
