CRAB CAKES


Pan Fry: Heat up two tablespoons of olive oil or butter in a pan, and then add your frozen crab cakes into the pan.  Cook crab cakes for 7 minutes a side on medium heat.  Once both sides are golden brown they are
done. (Do not flip the crab cake until it is golden brown or it may fall apart on you.)
 

TEMPURA PRAWNS


Pan Fry: Heat up two table spoons of olive oil add the tempura and cook for 3-5 minutes at Med. Heat.
Deep Fry: 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees.
Bake: 10 minutes at 375 degrees.



 

DUNGENESS CRAB SECTIONS/ KING CRAB


Steam Cook: Rinse your Crab Legs Thoroughly. Fill your steam pot or regular pot with one inch of water and cover with lid until water comes to a boil.  Place your crab into the steam basket or pot and let it steam for 10-15 minutes or until it heated through.  This method will work for any crab in the shell.


 



LOBSTER TAILS


Basic Directions for Cooking Lobster Tails
Thaw lobster tails, they will be tenderer than those cooked frozen.    Shears between meat and hard shell on back of the tail.    Cut shell down center. DO NOT cut fan tail, leave it intact. Gently pull meat out of shell.    Lift raw tail meat through split shell.    Place lobster tails in pan with a little water to prevent drying.
Broil 4 inches from heat Broil for 8-10 minutes 4 inches from heat.

Boiling Lobster Tails
Thaw lobster tail, place into large pot of boiling water.    When water comes back to a boil, lower heat and begin timing.

Broiling & Boiling THAWED Lobster Tails

Weight       1 - 3 oz.        4 - 6 oz         10 -12 oz.       14 -16 oz.
Broiling      3 - 4 min.       8-10 min.      10-15min.      15-20min.
Boiling       3 - 5 min.       5 - 7 min.     10 - 12 min.   15 - 20 min.

STUFFED SALMON


A boneless filet of salmon stuffed with shrimp, imitation crab, three cheeses, green onions, red bell peppers and a touch of lemon.  Bake or barbecue for
25 - 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
 

BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS/ PRAWNS


Pan Fry:  Cook in a pan for 6-7 minutes a side or until bacon is golden brown on medium heat. This applies for both bacon wrapped scallops or prawns. 
Conventional oven: for best results preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Place on baking pan 1/2” apart for 20 minutes prior to baking, allowing to temper.   Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Broiler (For Crispy Bacon): Preheat Broiler.  Place on baking pan 1/2” apart for 20 minutes prior to baking, allowing to temper. Place in Broiler for 20 minutes.
