Smoked Candy Salmon was added. The candy is boneless, skinless strips of salmon, that allow the smoke and flavors to penetrate all around. This creates a smoked salmon that many claim to be "the best they ever had!"

Today we smoke all our salmon in our Newcastle store, where our team always does a great job. The salmon we use is the highest quality fresh salmon from Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
