Fresh Garlic Brats - This is a Midwest style kielbasa / brat made with salt, black pepper and fresh garlic - so simple, yet so delicious. Also, sugar and gluten free! (Butcher's secret: cut open the casings and press the meat into patties for a tasty breakfast sausage!)
Smoked B&E "Texas Style" Hot Links - More bite to it than a Louisiana Hot Sausage. Made in house by Phil, these hot links have a nice spicy kick, without being too hot. They are a perfect addition to B&E's Darn Delicious Chili Mix!
