BONELESS RIB ROAST - $19.99/lb. Same as the Standing Rib Roast, but even easier to cook and carve, this is the prime rib served by many of the finer restaurants. We recommend ¾ pound per person.
“PRIME” DRY AGED STANDING RIB ROAST - $22.99/lb. “The best of the best” – Our signature roast from the top 2% of all beef. Maximum marbling for maximum flavor. We recommend ¾ - 1 lb. per person
