B & E Meats and Seafood will be serving up delicious tastes of Alder Smoked Salmon Candy, award-winning Jerky's and Summer Sausage at this year's Cooking with Class.

"Join us on Thursday, September 13, for Cooking with Class at Salty's on Alki! All participants get to choose three chefs and interact with them, learn their techniques, and eat their delicious food paired with wine. Please make your chef requests below. If you are bringing guests, include their names and chef choices on the same form. More than four? Start a second form! You'll also enjoy an exciting auction and raffle with luxurious food, wine and travel packages. We look forward to seeing you there! " (Connie Adams)
