Ode to Louie Rolf – Louie Rolf was an old time meat cutter in Burien back in the 1950’s and ‘60’s. He became good friends with Bob and Earl (B & E). Louie was well known for his house made Bavarian Bratwurst –a family recipe brought from the old country of Germany. He would never share this recipe with anyone, until the time came to retire.

Louie wanted his family bratwurst recipe to live on, so he finally shared it with Bob and Earl. We have been making Louie’s Bavarian Bratwurst ever since, and it is delicious! Thank you Louie Rolf and if you are a
